KXD was founded on façade engineering and has been deeply rooted in the industry for over two decades. With a Class I Specialized Contractor qualification for Façade Engineering, we have the capability to design, fabricate, and install glass, stone, metal, and unitized curtain wall systems. We have successfully delivered hundreds of projects across China — spanning commercial complexes, corporate headquarters, industrial parks, and residential communities — with several becoming city landmarks known for their distinctive architectural expression and construction quality. Industrial Park
Xinshengshi Israel IT Industrial Base
Located on Ma’an Island, Zhongshan Cuiheng New District, this is Israel’s first next-generation IT industrial park in China. Total investment: RMB 550 million, with annual output exceeding RMB 500 million and tax contributions over RMB 35 million. The base will introduce Israeli innovation, capital, and university research — forming an “accelerator–industry chain” model for high-tech applications.

Industrial Park
WISDOM GARMENT Industrial Park
Located in Shaxi Town, Zhongshan — 36 mu (24,000 sq.m.), 100,000 sq.m. built area, RMB 280 million investment. Recognized as the city’s first “digital and intelligent demonstration factory” in the garment sector — daily production tripled from 30,000 to 100,000 units. KXD delivered both façade design and construction for this “transparent factory” featuring extensive glass curtain walls and clean lines.

Commercial Complex
MIXC Commercial Complex
Located in Shiqi District, Zhongshan — a renovation of the former Perfect Golden Eagle Plaza. Investment: RMB 100 million with 120,000 sq.m. of retail space. China Resources Mixc Lifestyle’s first project in Zhongshan. Features 30% first-to-market brands and 50%+ high-standard flagship stores. KXD upgraded the exterior from circular to signature Mixc GRG folded façade — incorporating Lingnan folding fan culture.
