Façade Engineering Projects

The Xinxuan Smart Fire Safety Industrial Park is a National High-Tech Enterprise project specializing in smart fire safety and electrical monitoring systems. Located in Zhongshan’s Torch High-Tech Zone, the 15-mu (10,000 sq.m.) site comprises 45,000 sq.m. of built area with a RMB 150 million investment. The development includes an IoT R&D office with a provincial technical center, two standard factory buildings, and a staff dormitory. Construction began January 2023 and topped out December 2023 — achieving “land acquisition, groundbreaking, and topping-out in the same year.” Annual output is expected to reach RMB 300 million, covering smart power distribution, intelligent circuit breakers, and fault arc detection systems.

As a KXD façade benchmark, the campus projects a high-tech identity through extensive glass curtain walls and clean architectural lines — balancing daylight and energy efficiency with an optimized window-to-wall ratio. KXD delivered both design and construction, establishing a new urban landmark for the smart fire safety industry and Torch High-Tech Zone’s industrial transformation.
