The Kikena Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park is located in the Jinding Area of Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Invested and constructed by Kikena Technology Group — a global leader in electronic atomization solutions — it is a key contracted project for the Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, with the signing ceremony held in August 2021. The project covers approximately 80 mu with a total built area of 219,000 sq.m. and represents an investment exceeding RMB 1 billion, with a planned monthly production capacity of 100 million units . The park is divided into industrial and residential zones, designed around a central axis layout that leverages the site’s “mountain and water” natural features. It offers rich infrastructure and diverse functional spaces, aiming to create an eco-friendly, community-oriented smart manufacturing campus. Upon full operation, the park will cover basic research, lean R&D, product design, smart manufacturing, CNAS-certified laboratories, and supply chain management — establishing a benchmark for the multi-billion-yuan electronic atomization equipment industry chain .

As a benchmark KXD façade engineering project, the campus architecture embodies the technological and quality-focused identity of a modern smart manufacturing facility. The overall planning reflects a people-oriented design philosophy, with façades featuring extensive glass curtain walls combined with metal panels — creating clean, powerful industrial architectural forms. The curtain wall design balances functional requirements with aesthetic expression, achieving natural daylighting and energy efficiency through an optimized window-to-wall ratio. KXD delivered both the façade design and construction, employing modern façade engineering techniques to support “Zhuhai Smart Manufacturing” — establishing the campus as a new landmark for the Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone .
