Located in Jieyuan Village, Minzhong Subdistrict, Zhongshan, Caixun Technology Park is a key project in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Cooperation Innovation Zone. Covering 120,200 m² with 441,700 m² floor area and 80 m height, it produces LCD monitors and digital TVs, with 10 million annual capacity and over 1.5 billion RMB revenue. Construction began in 2020, production in 2023, featuring the “Four Parks” concept with workshops, dormitories, footbridge, and offices.
KXD provided facade optimization design and construction. Using glass curtain walls and aluminum panels, we balanced daylighting and energy efficiency for a modern industrial look. Despite tight schedule and cross-operations, we ensured precision and durability, creating a landmark in the innovation zone.
