Jinma Amusement Machine Office Building
Located at No. 5, Yanjiang East 3rd Road, Torch Development Zone, the Jinma office building serves as its core office and R&D base. Transitioning from the Zhongshan Machine Tool Plant in 1983, Jinma is one of China’s earliest amusement equipment producers. Its original Shiqi District site witnessed this evolution. The building’s facade serves internal needs while reshaping the industrial architectural character.
As an early office building project, KXD undertook the curtain wall construction here. Since 2002, KXD has focused on point-supported glass curtain wall systems. We applied this system with stainless steel spider fittings and glass panels to achieve a transparent, modern appearance while respecting the original structural logic. The team conducted precise measurement and node adaptation to the existing building, ensuring a reliable connection and a successful facade upgrade.
