Façade Engineering Projects

Invested and constructed by Guangdong Dinglisen New Materials Co., Ltd., this project is located in Banfu Smart Manufacturing Park — Banfu Town’s first land-supplied expansion project and a key Zhongshan investment initiative. Covering 30 mu (20,000 sq.m.) with 57,000 sq.m. built area and RMB 250 million investment, the development includes two 4-story factories, a 5-story warehouse, and R&D, dormitory, and office buildings — creating an integrated silicone and UV-curable materials R&D and production base. The company holds 7 invention patents, filling the domestic optical-grade silicone gap, and plans to introduce electron beam curing equipment for polymer material testing.

As a KXD façade benchmark, the campus projects a National High-Tech Enterprise image through extensive glass curtain walls and clean architectural lines, while balancing daylight and energy efficiency. KXD delivered both design and construction — establishing a new industrial landmark for Banfu Smart Park.
