The Fengrun Smart Home Technology Park is invested and constructed by Zhongshan Fengrun Smart Home Technology Co., Ltd. — a leading enterprise specializing in the R&D, design, production, and sales of smart voice control systems and smart home ceiling fan lights. The project covers approximately 23 mu (approx. 15,300 sq.m.) with a planned investment of RMB 200 million and a built area of 51,300 sq.m. — integrating an R&D center, manufacturing center, and administrative headquarters into one smart home industrial base. The project is expected to achieve an annual output value of RMB 370 million, annual tax contributions of RMB 15.42 million, and provide over 500 jobs.

As a benchmark KXD façade engineering project, the campus architecture embodies the technological and quality-focused identity of a smart home manufacturer. The design integrates R&D, manufacturing, and administration into a cohesive whole. The façades feature extensive glass curtain walls combined with metal panels — projecting a modern industrial image befitting a smart home industrial base. The curtain wall design balances daylight and energy efficiency for both R&D office and industrial production spaces through an optimized window-to-wall ratio. KXD delivered both the façade design and construction, employing modern façade engineering techniques to support Gangkou Town’s smart home industry cluster development — establishing a landmark for the town’s industrial transformation.
