KXD prioritizes talent development through systematic internal training. The KXD Business School regularly hosts the “Wisdom Sharing” series, management boot camps, and skills courses covering leadership, collaboration, innovation, time management, and BIM. Since 2015, we’ve conducted over 100 sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

KXD Business School

Our in-house training institute engages nationally recognized professors as mentors. The boot camp delivers comprehensive training in management, technical skills, and professional development — serving as the core platform for employee growth at every level.

Wisdom Sharing Series

Our longest-running internal program, Wisdom Sharing focuses on leadership, collaboration, innovation, and time management — with over 100 sessions to date. Delivered in a high-frequency, lightweight format, it has built the foundation of KXD’s learning culture.

BIM Technology Development Training

KXD’s BIM Research Center provides specialized training using Gartner’s Hype Cycle as a framework — analyzing BIM’s evolution and practical applications. Our goal: shift BIM from “form over substance” to “value-driven” application, elevating our team’s digital capabilities.

Established in 2011, the KXD Care Fund supports “Hope Home” — an orphanage for children with special needs. We’ve also built three “Love Libraries” in employees’ names, bringing knowledge to children in mountainous regions.
