Façade Engineering Projects

The WISDOM GARMENT Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Guangdong Jinding Intelligent Manufacturing Clothing Technology Co., Ltd. Located in Shaxi Town’s Longsheng Industrial Park, it is a key industrial project for Shaxi Town and a benchmark for digital transformation in Zhongshan’s traditional garment industry. The 36-mu (approx. 24,000 sq.m.) site comprises 100,000 sq.m. of built area with a total investment of RMB 280 million. Annual output is expected to reach RMB 500 million at full capacity, and RMB 1 billion within three years. The park was recognized as Zhongshan’s first “digital and intelligent demonstration factory” in the garment sector, with daily production capacity rising from 30,000 to 100,000 units and annual output increasing from 10 million to 20 million pieces.

As a benchmark KXD façade engineering project, the campus architecture fully embodies the technological and quality-focused identity of an Industry 4.0 smart garment manufacturing facility. Designed around the concept of a “transparent factory,” the façades feature extensive glass curtain walls and clean, powerful architectural lines — projecting a modern headquarters image befitting a National High-Tech Enterprise in the garment manufacturing sector. The façade design balances industrial production needs for daylight with energy efficiency through an optimized window-to-wall ratio, achieving harmony between factory and office spaces. KXD delivered both the façade design and construction, employing modern façade engineering techniques to establish a new urban landmark for the garment industry’s digital transformation — making the campus a signature example of Shaxi Town’s industrial upgrade.
