Façade Engineering Projects

The Aoling Smart Elevator Equipment Technology Park is invested and constructed by Guangdong Aoling Elevator Co., Ltd. Located in Shuyong Industrial Park, South District, Zhongshan, it is a key expansion project for Zhongshan City and a benchmark “industrial renovation” project for the South District in 2024. The project represents a total investment of RMB 130 million on approximately 20 mu of land. The facility integrates marketing, R&D, testing, smart manufacturing, an elevator industrial internet platform, and administrative services into a modern elevator technology park. Phase I commenced production in May 2026, with capacity increasing by over 70% compared to the previous facility. Upon full operation, annual output is expected to reach RMB 250 million with annual tax contributions exceeding RMB 10 million. Located within China’s first “National Torch Program Zhongshan Elevator Characteristic Industry Base,” the project benefits from significant industry cluster effects.

As a benchmark KXD façade engineering project, the campus architecture embodies a fusion of modern industrial aesthetics and functional rationality. The factory features extensive glass curtain walls combined with metal panels, with clean, powerful lines that project a sense of technological sophistication and strength. The façade design balances daylighting and energy efficiency through an optimized window-to-wall ratio, meeting the dual requirements of natural light and temperature control for a smart manufacturing workshop. KXD delivered both the façade design and construction, employing modern façade engineering techniques to establish a “global headquarters” brand image — making the campus a signature building for the South District’s industrial transformation.
