In 2024, it launched a RMB 350 million upgrade to become a five-star hotel, office, and commercial complex. Xianghu undertook the roof waterproofing renovation — addressing aging layers and leakage through a full-service solution from inspection to construction. The renovation eliminated long-standing leaks and ensured stable operations for the building’s office and commercial environment.
