The Jinying Plaza Office Building is located within the Perfect Golden Eagle Plaza at No. 28 Sunwen East Road in Shiqi District — a commercial landmark in Zhongshan’s main urban area. The building features extensive glass curtain wall design. Over time, the curtain wall on the 6th floor of Tower A developed leakage due to aging and environmental exposure, affecting the normal use of the office environment.
