Core Material of the 3rd-Generation Waterproofing System

Non-Oil Creep Rubber Waterproof Coating

A rubber-based coating made from modified SBR, butyl, and specialty rubbers, combined with DTI nanoparticles and grafted with high-viscosity polymers to form a paste-like flexible material that never releases oil. DTI nanoparticles (under 50nm) lock in oils for zero migration — delivering environmental safety, superior adhesion, and reliable waterproofing.

Our oil-control technology ensures zero oil migration up to 100°C — the material never cures, maintains tack, self-heals, bonds on contact, and resists peeling.

The material complies with T/CECS 534-2018 Technical Specification for Application of Non-Oil Creep Rubber Waterproofing Coating.

Q1: Why do traditional waterproofing repairs often fail repeatedly?

Traditional repairs rely on grouting — injecting polyurethane or epoxy resins into concrete cracks. However, grout only temporarily fills gaps. When structural movement causes new cracks, the grout fails. Xianghu’s proprietary non-grouting process addresses the root cause, eliminating recurring leaks.

Xianghu’s core technology combines our non-grouting repair process with the 3rd-generation waterproofing system — Non-Oil Creep Rubber Waterproof Coating. The material uses DTI nanoparticles to fully lock in oils, delivering eco-friendly, high-adhesion, and reliable waterproofing performance. With superior elongation and self-healing properties, the coating self-repairs immediately even when punctured under hydrostatic pressure — fundamentally solving water channeling issues.

Traditional bitumen-based materials such as non-curing asphalt leach solvent oils at high temperatures, corroding insulation boards and becoming brittle over time. Non-Oil Creep Rubber Waterproof Coating, however, remains stable at up to 130°C without corroding insulation. It never cures, maintains strong tack, self-heals, bonds on contact, resists peeling, and delivers significantly longer service life.

Xianghu uses advanced spray application methods, reducing project timelines by one-third compared to traditional membrane systems. Typical projects take 3–15 days depending on the scale and complexity. Phased work minimizes disruption to daily activities.
