Elevator Retrofitting Projects

Guiyuan East Road No. 6 is a 7-story building in Zhongshan’s East District. Except for the ground-floor bicycle storage and second-floor non-residential area, households from the third to seventh floors participated in the elevator installation. The project was undertaken and successfully completed by Yijiati in 2019.

The most notable feature of this project was the high degree of homeowner consensus and efficient collaboration. The homeowner representative, Mr. Cai — a third-floor resident who works at a plan review center — has deep knowledge of elevator retrofit policies and processes. Under his coordination, consensus was reached in just three homeowners’ meetings. He decisively chose Yijiati’s one-stop service, and the project moved forward smoothly with clear communication and professional engagement.

During the meetings, another company offered a “financing” proposal, which Mr. Cai immediately identified as a potential trap and corrected. This episode further strengthened homeowner trust in Yijiati, and no major disagreements arose thereafter. The project was successfully completed and handed over, solving mobility challenges for residents of Guiyuan East Road No. 6 and becoming a representative Yijiati elevator retrofit case in Zhongshan’s East District.
