Jianfa Business Tower is located in the central urban area of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone. With a total floor area of 74,000 sq.m. across 26 floors, the tower was completed around 2008 and is one of the zone’s landmark buildings. In 2024, the tower launched a comprehensive RMB 350 million upgrade to become a mixed-use complex featuring a five-star business hotel, office space, and commercial facilities.

Xianghu Green Building Technology, a specialized waterproofing brand under KXD Group, undertook the tower’s roof waterproofing renovation. The project addressed aging waterproofing layers and leakage issues through a full-service solution from inspection and design through construction and delivery — including waterproofing system restoration, leak point treatment, and drainage optimization. The work provided reliable protection for the tower’s subsequent upgrade, eliminated long-standing leakage, and ensured stable operations for the building’s office and commercial environment.
