Modular Housing Projects

Located adjacent to Qijiang Park, the Qijiang River Dispatch Office is a two-story steel structure building. It covers approximately 240 sq.m. with a total floor area of about 400 sq.m., housing monitoring, office, reading, dining, and other support functions. KXD delivered the project using steel modular construction — combining factory prefabrication with on-site assembly to achieve both quality and efficiency.

As a representative example of KXD’s modular construction in public service facilities, the dispatch office integrates multiple functions into a single modern steel structure — demonstrating KXD’s “functional integration + rapid construction” capability. The facility serves as a public service node along the Qijiang River, supporting the enhancement of the city’s waterfront public spaces.
