Located at No. 28 Sunwen East Road in Shiqi District, the Zhongshan Shiqi MIXC is the first MIXC project in Zhongshan, funded by Golden Eagle Group and operated by China Resources MIXC Lifestyle. A renovation of the former Perfect Golden Eagle Plaza, the project represents a RMB 100 million investment, covering 40,000 sq.m. with 120,000 sq.m. of retail space. The renovation includes interior fit-out and exterior curtain wall work across 15,000 sq.m.

Positioned as a new retail landmark, the project features a “MALL + embedded plaza” configuration. The U-shaped design wraps around the plaza with open terraces, integrating retail, water features, and social spaces. The tenant mix includes 30% first-to-market brands and 50%+ high-standard flagships — with 20+ “first stores” creating a vibrant destination for young consumers.

As a KXD façade benchmark, the architecture blends modern retail aesthetics with quality. The original circular curtain wall was upgraded to the signature MIXC design, with GRG folded surfaces at the entrance reflecting Lingnan fan culture. Feature lighting creates an iconic social media destination, enhancing the interaction between architecture and people. KXD delivered both design and construction — establishing the MIXC as a new urban landmark integrating business, entertainment, leisure, dining, and residential functions in Zhongshan’s main urban area.
