Façade Engineering Projects

The Zhongtailong Weili Smart Home Technology Industrial Park is located in Shuyong Industrial Park, South District, Zhongshan. It is the first project to be topped out in the South District’s Beixi Digital Economy Thousand-Mu Modern Industrial Park. The project represents a total investment of RMB 1.2 billion, covering 90.2 mu of land with a total built area of approximately 250,000 sq.m. The floor area ratio has been increased from 1.0 to 3.5, with an estimated output value per mu exceeding RMB 33 million. The park includes factory buildings, workshops, warehouses, underground parking, laboratories, dormitories, and cafeteria facilities — positioning itself as a modern home technology industrial park integrating product development, production, testing, warehousing, logistics, living, and recreation. Upon full operation, annual output is expected to reach RMB 1.5 billion.

As a benchmark KXD façade engineering project, the campus architecture fully embodies the technological and quality-focused identity of an Industry 4.0 smart home manufacturing facility. The project represents a transformation of low-efficiency industrial land through the “industrial renovation” model. The façades feature extensive glass curtain walls combined with metal panels — creating a clean, powerful, contemporary industrial park image. The curtain wall design balances internal daylighting with energy efficiency, meeting the dual needs of natural light and temperature control for production spaces. KXD delivered both the façade design and construction, employing modern façade engineering techniques to support the traditional furniture industry’s digital and intelligent transformation — making the campus a signature example of South District’s industrial upgrade.
