Façade Engineering Projects

The Hezhan Technology Industrial Park is located in Zhangjiabian, Zhongshan Torch Development Zone. It is a representative “industrial renovation” project for Zhongshan City and a key construction project for Guangdong Province. The project covers approximately 73,000 sq.m. of land with a total built area of approximately 317,000 sq.m., comprising four industrial factory buildings, two dormitory buildings, and one office building. Completion is expected in April 2025. Positioned as a new-generation future technology landmark, the park integrates innovation, ecology, and technology concepts. Upon completion, it will house modern, high-standard industrial facilities for advanced manufacturing, new materials, medical devices, and electronic components — with an expected annual production capacity of 200 million units of electronic atomization equipment and the creation of over 1,000 jobs.

As a key KXD façade engineering project, the curtain wall construction for Buildings E and FG fully embodies the technological and quality-focused identity of modern industrial facilities. The façades feature extensive glass curtain walls combined with metal panels — creating a clean, powerful, contemporary industrial park image. The curtain wall design balances internal daylighting requirements with energy efficiency, meeting the dual needs of natural light and temperature control for production spaces — contributing to the park’s green, low-carbon industrial benchmark status.
