Façade Engineering Projects

The Daxiang Group Innovation Tower is located in the Hailong International Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Zone, Liwan District, Guangzhou. Invested and constructed by Daxiang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., it is a key project for Guangzhou City and one of the first benchmark projects in the Hailong Science and Technology Innovation Zone. The 5,694 sq.m. site comprises approximately 55,000 sq.m. of built area, with a 22-story main tower and 4-story podium above grade, and 6 stories below grade. The facility is positioned as the group’s headquarters, an R&D and innovation base, a smart manufacturing base, and an IoT e-commerce platform — building a platform for big health and biomedical innovation and developing professional R&D institutions with industry-leading capabilities. The tower includes R&D center laboratories, staff cafeteria, and other amenities — embodying the corporate spirit of “pragmatism and progress” and marking a new chapter in the group’s pursuit of high-quality development.

As a benchmark KXD façade engineering project, the campus architecture fully embodies the modern image and quality of a big health and biomedical industry headquarters. The main tower features clean, powerful architectural lines combined with extensive glass curtain walls — projecting a modern headquarters image befitting a pharmaceutical industry leader. The façade design balances R&D office space needs for daylight with energy efficiency through an optimized window-to-wall ratio, achieving harmony between function and aesthetics. KXD delivered both the façade design and construction, employing modern façade engineering techniques to establish a new industrial landmark for the Hailong Science and Technology Innovation Zone — making the tower a signature example of Liwan District’s industrial transformation.
