The Langsi Home Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park (Langsi Times Center) is located in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Cooperation Innovation Zone, Minzhong Subdistrict, Zhongshan Torch High-Tech Zone. Invested by Langsi Home Co., Ltd. — China’s leading shower enclosure brand and a “Little Giant” enterprise — the project represents a strategic partnership with Siemens to build a digital transformation benchmark. Total investment is approximately RMB 1.2 billion, covering 80 mu (approx. 53,000 sq.m.) with a built area of 190,000 sq.m., comprising an R&D center and a 300-meter-long high-standard industrial factory. Construction from groundbreaking to topping-out took just 11 months. The park will feature a digital capability center, smart manufacturing center, and industry chain experience center — creating an industry empowerment platform serving the Greater Bay Area.

As a benchmark KXD façade engineering project, the architecture embodies the transformation of a home industry “Little Giant” toward smart manufacturing. The R&D center features clean, powerful architectural lines and modern curtain wall design — projecting a headquarters image befitting an industry leader. The 300-meter-long factory façade combines extensive glass curtain walls with metal panels — establishing a new industrial landmark for the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Cooperation Innovation Zone.
