Located on Ma’an Island in Zhongshan Cuiheng New District, the Xinshengshi-Israel Next-Generation Information Technology Industrial Base represents a total investment of RMB 550 million, with annual output exceeding RMB 500 million at full capacity . The project emerged from a Cuiheng New District government and business delegation visit to Israel in June 2023, which focused on attracting high-tech industries and intellectual resources . The base focuses on next-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and new materials — introducing Israeli innovation projects, capital, and university research outcomes to form an “accelerator–industry chain” model for high-tech innovation. Situated at the bridgehead of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, the site is within one-hour reach of five international airports and five international ports .

As a signature KXD façade engineering project, the campus architecture embodies a fusion of industrial aesthetics and functional rationality. The spatial layout reflects the Eastern philosophy of “round heaven, square earth” — with the circular exhibition center featuring extensive glass curtain walls and metal panels that create a striking presence at sunset. The R&D office facades prioritize daylight and energy balance through large window openings, achieving green, low-carbon design. KXD delivered both the façade design and construction, employing modern façade engineering techniques to realize the “round heaven, square earth” concept — meeting the high standards of the next-generation IT industry while establishing a new regional industrial landmark.
