How We Deliver Quality
For over two decades, KXD has believed that quality comes from an uncompromising attention to every detail — from initial needs assessment through construction and long-term operation. Our expertise and craftsmanship are woven into every phase, ensuring every project stands the test of time.
Step 1:
Precise Needs Assessment
Before we begin any project, we listen and investigate. From site conditions and client objectives to actual usage scenarios, the KXD team conducts thorough on-site assessments and in-depth client consultations to ensure every design is grounded in accurate, comprehensive information. We don't rush to construction — we first find the right solution, because that sets the trajectory for every subsequent phase.
Step 2:
Precision Craftsmanship
Construction is where design becomes reality. KXD employs over 100 technical professionals and operates its own in-house steel fabrication facility. From raw material procurement and component fabrication to on-site installation, every step adheres to strict national quality standards. We leverage modular construction techniques to shorten project timelines and implement a 13-point quality inspection system to ensure every process is precise, compliant, and fully traceable. Project quality is the sum of disciplined execution at every step.
Step 3:
Optimal Delivery & Beyond
Delivery is not the end — it's the beginning of our long-term commitment. KXD has established a comprehensive post-occupancy follow-up and maintenance program, conducting regular inspections to ensure buildings remain safe, stable, and reliable throughout their service life. We maintain a 24-hour response protocol to provide ongoing technical support. A truly great project is not only built well — it performs well over time.
Our Milestones
KXD was officially founded in Zhongshan, Guangdong, with a core focus on architectural curtain wall engineering. From Zhongshan, we began expanding our reach across the country.
KXD entered the urban renewal sector as early as 2003 — making us one of the first construction firms in China to explore this field.
In the wake of the Wenchuan earthquake, KXD was among the first companies to join relief efforts, helping rebuild schools in affected areas — demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility in action.
KXD began promoting the integration of landscape design into urban bridges, transforming them from purely functional infrastructure into public spaces with aesthetic value.
After researching over 400 cases nationwide, KXD established Yijiati in 2016 — creating China's first one-stop service platform for existing building elevator retrofitting and pioneering the industry.
KXD undertook the installation of 116 elevators at Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai — setting a national record for the largest single-university elevator retrofit project.
The "Garden Cottage" modular housing series was launched and deployed in pandemic-response facilities including Zhongshan Nan'ao Hospital and Guzhen People's Hospital — with design and fabrication completed in just 3 days, demonstrating the rapid-response capability of modular construction in emergency scenarios.
KXD was selected as a Guangdong Provincial "Specialized and Sophisticated" SME and a Zhongshan "Gazelle" Enterprise — official recognition as a high-growth company.
KXD expanded into existing building waterproofing and restoration, scaling the application of proprietary new materials across infrastructure projects, aging commercial properties, and residential communities.
The first Human-Centric Lighting project was delivered at Jingcai Tongnian Kindergarten in Zhongshan's East District — marking KXD's entry into the healthy lighting sector.
