Open Positions
Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Drive market development and client acquisition for façade construction, window and door systems, and exterior coating projects — building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Identify and pursue potential project opportunities, track key accounts and target projects, and advance deals from initial contact through contract signing.
Participate in bid strategy, commercial negotiation, and contract execution to ensure successful project awards.
Conduct regular market research, gathering competitive intelligence to inform company strategy.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or above; no specific major required.
2+ years of experience in business development for façade construction, window/door systems, or exterior coating projects — proven track record preferred.
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a client-service mindset.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure.

Façade Construction Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of façade construction project management, with end-to-end control over schedule, quality, safety, and budget.
Develop project construction plans and resource allocation strategies to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
Coordinate with clients, design institutes, supervisory authorities, and on-site crews to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
Lead regular project meetings to promptly resolve technical and managerial issues arising during façade construction.
Build and manage the project team, providing guidance and direction to team members to ensure successful task completion.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Hold a Class I Registered Constructor certificate or Guangdong Provincial Class II Constructor certificate.
8+ years of façade construction project management experience, including 5+ years as a Façade Construction Project Manager.
In-depth knowledge of façade construction methodologies, quality acceptance standards, and relevant codes and regulations.
Strong organizational, coordination, and team management skills, with the ability to independently oversee on-site management for large-scale façade construction projects.

Senior Façade Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Lead conceptual design, design development, and construction document production for façade projects — ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements and technical codes.
Spearhead design reviews and value engineering efforts, balancing architectural aesthetics and structural integrity with constructability and cost control.
Oversee and review the work of the design team to ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings.
Participate in technical briefings, providing on-site design support and resolving design-related issues during façade construction.
Stay current with emerging façade technologies and material applications, continuously elevating the team’s design capabilities and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Design, Mechanics, or a related field.
Hold a Mid-level or Senior Engineer certification, or a Class I / Guangdong Provincial Class II Constructor certificate.
8+ years of façade engineering experience, including 3+ years as a Lead Façade Designer.
Deep expertise in the design principles and connection details of various façade systems, with advanced proficiency in relevant design software.
Strong team management and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to lead the design team to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

Façade Engineering Department Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall project operations of the Façade Engineering Department, strategically allocating resources to ensure all projects progress on schedule.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety across all façade projects — identifying and resolving critical issues in a timely manner.
Drive continuous improvement of departmental processes and standardization to enhance overall engineering efficiency and quality control.
Lead the development and talent cultivation of the engineering team, building a high-performing, professional project management organization.
Participate in the planning and early-stage assessment of major corporate projects, providing expert input on engineering feasibility and risk evaluation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
Class I Registered Constructor or Guangdong Provincial Class II Constructor certificate (preferred).
8+ years of façade engineering and construction experience, including 5+ years as a Façade Construction Project Manager and 2+ years in an engineering department leadership role.
Comprehensive understanding of the full façade project lifecycle, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to drive continuous improvement of the engineering management framework at the corporate level.
