Jinsha Theater
Located in Chang’an Town, Dongguan, Jinsha Theater opened in 2007 with an investment of RMB 31 million. Featuring 7,983 m² of space, 1,300 seats, and a provincial-standard stage, it serves as a key cultural hub. Its elegant facade meets functional needs while shaping the community’s cultural character.
As an early cultural project, KXD undertook the curtain wall works. Implemented in 2006–2007, it aligned with KXD’s focus on point-supported glass systems. To meet the theater’s daylighting and aesthetic needs, we integrated the curtain wall with the design, delivering a modern look while ensuring public safety and durability. This project laid early groundwork for KXD’s later commercial, office, and cultural projects.
