Debao Yigao Commercial Complex, developed by Dixing Industrial, is a mixed-use project in Zhongshan with residential, business, and cultural functions. It covers 200,000 m² site area and 580,000 m² GFA, planned into four zones: De, Bao, Yi, Gao. The residential part has 897 households, FAR 1.67, greening 49%, a low-density villa community in Torch Development Zone core. Its Torch Big Data Center was included in Guangdong’s big data industrial parks in 2017, attracting Vanke, China Tower, Hitachi Elevator, etc.
As a benchmark KXD curtain wall project, Debao Yigao features modern minimalist style. High-rise towers use large glass curtain walls with clean lines for a transparent, lightweight feel; podium commercial area combines metal panels and glass for urban vitality. KXD designed and built the glass curtain walls for podium and towers, creating an urban living model and architectural landmark along Zhongshan 6th Road. The project is near quality schools and mature commercial facilities, benefiting from Torch Development Zone and East District.
